AKC (Alacrity kennel club!)

Welcome to the AKC! No, not the American kennel club, what's wrong with you?

I am talking about the Alacrity Kennel club!

Here we can register dogs from ala to do things like train, breed, and trial. Here's how it works.

If you register your dog(s), they will be able to be advertised here. If your dog, let's say it was a German shepherd stud, maxed, all 100 markings it would be an ideal AKC material dog. I am very picky about this!

All breeds are allowed, but there are different standards for each. Shown below:

Borzoi: Maxed, all 100 marks with one marking exception must have outgoing, Focused, confident self confidence, and 15+ speed. Drive 20+

German shepherd: maxed, all 100 marks no exceptions, must have confident self confidence, outgoing and focused with 15+ speed. Drive 35+

Pitbull: maxed, all 100 marks with two markings exceptions, must be outgoing, and confident, with 15+ speed. Drive 30+

Catahoula Cur: Maxed, all 100 marks no exceptions, outgoing confident and focused with 15+ speed. Drive 15+

Shetland sheepdog: Maxed, any marks, outgoing, focused and confident with 20+ speed. Drive 50+

Border collie: Maxed 100 marks with two marking exceptions, outgoing confident and focused drive 15+

Australian shepherd: maxed 100 marks with two marking exceptions, outgoing and confident, drive 50+

Siberian husky: Maxed 100 marks no exceptions, outgoing confident and focused drive 50+

Jack russel terrier: maxed 100 marks two marks exceptions, outgoing confident and focused, drive 40+

Papillon: Maxed 100 marks two marks exceptions, outgoing, drive 20+

Pembroke Welsh Corgi: maxed, all marks 100, outgoing, focused and confident drive 40+

Marks are the markings of your dogs. They may not be glitch, must have 100% no more no less in every marking except for the exceptions if allowed in the breed. If you have a papillion with five marks, and one is not full or over 100, it is accepted. If it has three not 100% marks, it is rejected. Make sense? Good.

If your dog has the required behavior stats, they will be great. If you had a borzoi that had outgoing, focused, but unsure, it would not be eligible.

Some advantages about registering:

Get speed unlimited dog chow every month for your dogs
Have more breeders know about your litters, so they sell!
Find studs, bitches, and pups for sale or breeding.
If you need help training for other dogs, ask for help from other members!
Around Ala Event
Compete against each other!

What do I do to register? You should fill out the form on the bottom of this post, with a fee of 5k per dog. If accepted, your dog has free boarding (With extra ts used on them!) in my kennel, and I can send you raw chicken as thanks for joining!

I will have a banner up soon, until then I will give you a clickable link to put on your dogs notes!

Yea, I will change the entry fee to 5k, and do discounts. Thank you!

hmm this is a good idea and i have eligible dogs but maybe you should do like a discount sort of like "if you enter 3 dogs at once you only have to pay 25k for all three instead of 30k...just a suggestion because i wouldn't pay 10k to enter if there are no immediate benefits especially if no ones joined yet. i'm seriously thinking about joining though

Ok, the TS is for the litters bred from the registered dogs. I pointed that out I believe, but it doesn't matter. :) Also, they are realistic for the form of alacrity. The price is cheap for the members who do have the money to have a maxed dog.

Just pointing out a few suggestions on this...

1. If you only allow maxed dogs, then free boarding for said dog with extra TS isn't really going to help. (;

2. I found the requirements to be a bit unrealistic.. In real AKC, I believe it's judged on the overall marking, not specifically the shade. By limiting so drastically, you also dramatically cut back on the number of potential members. :3 Out a kennel of 31 {4 breeds}, I have only one that complies. :3 Also, it can take up to five generations to get the speed and drive req's on some dogs, and the 10K fee per dog seems a bit steep and will scare off most younger members, as they can't necessarily spare 10,000 for one dog. :3 Just pointing it out, I hope it was helpful.
